Tuscan Mule

50ml Tuaca
Ginger Ale (Ginger Beer)
Muddle 5 or so lime wedges into highball. Add ice cubes, Tuaca and fill with ginger ale.
Mix and serve
Some people prefer ginger beer. If doing this use an old fashined glass because of the stronger taste of ginger beer.
Cosmopolitan

4 parts Absolut Citron
2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 part Lime juice
2 parts Cranberry juice
Shake with ice, Serve up in a chilled cocktail glass, Garnish with a Lime wedge or Lemon twist

Vodka
8 wedges Lime
Sugar
Crushed Ice
Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon. Place the lime wedges in the bottom of an 8 oz. glass. Cover with crushed ice. Pour vodka to fill the glass.

1 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Sloe gin
1 dash Lemon juice
Pour all ingredients (except for lemon juice) over ice in a highball glass. Stir, add a dash of lemon juice, and serve.
