* Ice blocks
* Four 750-ml. bottles saut3rne
* 1 liter tequila
* 2 quarts fresh fruit,
in fanciful shapes
(balls, cubes, etc.)
* One 750-ml. bottle champagne

Chill all ingredients. Add sauterne, tequila and fruit into bowl with ice blocks. Pour in champagne just prior to serving.

Yield: 50 servings.

1 qt home canned peaches
1 banana
3 lemons
Finely grated rind from 1 lemon
1 large can pineapple juice
1(12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cup sugar (approximately)
Water

Mix peaches and banana in blender. Finely grate skin of one lemon,
then juice 3 lemons. Mix peaches, banana, lemon rind, lemon juice,
pineapple juice and orange juice in a large container. Add enough
water to make 2 gallons. Sweeten to taste. Serve chilled.

Corpse Reviver 1

1.0 fl. oz. of Brandy
0.5 fl. oz. of Calvados
0.5 fl. oz. of Sweet Vermouth
Ice

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake,
strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Slice of Apple.

Afterburner

3/4 oz Grenadine

3/4 oz Sambuca

float blue Curacao

In a shot glass, layer in order with float of Curacao on top.

1 can (46 ounces) Hi-C Hula Punch, thoroughly chilled
2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups Sprite, chilled

In punch bowl, combine Hi-C Hula Punch, Sprite and ice cream. Stir
until well blended and chill. Makes 32 servings.

1 fresh pineapple
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup of brandy
3 cups pineapple juice
2 bottles (750 Ml each) chablis, chilled
1 bottle (750 Ml) champagne, chilled

Remove rind and core from pineapple. Cube fruit. Sprinkle with sugar and add Brandy. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Pour pineapple juice into a ring mold and freeze. Add wine to pineapple brandy mixture about 30 minutes before serving. Add Champagne and ice ring just before serving. Makes 20 (4oz) servings.

2/3 cup TANG
4 cups cold water
one small chunk
dry ice
2 cups chilled ginger ale
1 pint blackberry or orange sherbet

DISSOLVE drink mix in water in punch bowl or pitcher. Refrigerate. Just before serving, stir in ginger ale. Serve in punch cups and top each serving with small scoop of sherbet. Drop the chunk of dry ice in the bowl or pitcher before serving to create the smoke effect.

Ingredients
1 – 2 oz DeKuyper& Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
1 – 2 oz Bacardi& 151 rum
12 oz can Pepsi& cola

Method
Pour the DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker into a tall glass. Add the Bacardi 151 rum, then add the Pepsi (alternatively, use Dr. Pepper). Stir and serve.
