Pineapple Cooler

1/2 tsp powdered sugar
2 oz carbonated water
2 oz dry white wine
fill carbonated water or ginger ale
cracked ice
orange or lemon peel spiral
Instructions
Into 12 ounce glass put powdered sugar and 2 ounces carbonated water.
Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add dry white wine.
Fill with carbonated water or ginger ale. Insert spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle end over rim of glass.(Makes one 12 ounce serving.).
Kilo Kai Grog

3/4 oz Kilo Kai
3/4 oz Effen Vodka
3/4 Triple Sec
Splash of Grenadine
Sweet and Sour Mix
7-UP
Directions: Pour vodka, rum and triple sec over ice in a pint glass. Fill with equal parts of sweet and sour mix and 7-up, add grenadine, and serve.
Tuscan Mule

50ml Tuaca
Ginger Ale (Ginger Beer)
Muddle 5 or so lime wedges into highball. Add ice cubes, Tuaca and fill with ginger ale.
Mix and serve
Some people prefer ginger beer. If doing this use an old fashined glass because of the stronger taste of ginger beer.

1ΒΌ oz. Vodka
4 oz. Orange Juice
Pour the Vodka into a tall glass and fill the rest with orange juice. Hey, who doesn’t know this one?
